My favorite roses. Still blooming even though it’s fall. They remind me of summer peaches.

I am a bit of an office supply junkie! But My FAVORITE ABSOLUTE FAVORITE pens are Pental RSVP fine point pens…especially the purple ones. I am very sad I can no longer find just the purple ones in the double pack and I have to buy a pack of five where they give 2 black but one purple. Sometimes, I can’t even find them at the stores anymore. Makes me soooooo sad. If you see purple ones somewhere let me know. They are the BEST!!! Also the planner pages are from Passion Planner and I Love them too.

Again with the office supplies. Highlighters are essential to my calendar which was a pretty cool free download.

So, I went to go out on a photo taking adventure and was going to do a picnic but then of all days, we FINALLY got some rain, so indoor picnic it was. I love picnics and Starbucks. That drink there is my Venti iced coffee with 3 cinnamon dolce and 3 pumpkin spice. DELISH! Then courtesy of my local on the corner grocery store salads and spinach dip. Spinach dip is a favorite treat once in a while.

SPARKLY THINGS! Need I really say more. These are on my desk that is next to a large window and when it’s sunny out, I get rainbows all over my work place. I told you, the little things that bring delight and joy.

I am forever taking pictures of sunsets and clouds. I LOVE the sky. I delight in its ever changing status of hues. This particular sunset was stunning to behold.

Out on my adventure before the rains came, I found hope in a most unusual place. Right in the “old town” area of where I live, and on the railroad tracks, no less.

Elk Grove Park. I have grown up going to this park. It is so bog and filled with magnificent oak and pine trees.

Fall is my favorite time of year. I adore the colors as they change. I especially like the way sunlight filters through tree leaves. There is nothing quite like it.

My friend and beloved camera. It is older. The camera on my phone is actually better than the small lens on the canon. But it is a good camera and serves me well and I have take well over 5,000 pictures with it. It’s not fancy but it was given to me so we are friends.

Drawing Mandala’s. This is one my favorite things to do to center myself. I am forever grateful to Kathryn Costa of the 100 Mandala project because of her I was brave enough to start drawing them. Now, I can’t stop.

I am ever so grateful that I was able to get my Apply laptop with some funds a few years ago. This is my second Apple and I love it. I have not had any problems with it and I do so much with my computer that I simply grateful that I am lucky enough to have a laptop of my own to use for writing and other creative things.

Finally…THE BEACH. I am so grateful there are beautiful beaches in California that I can go to and sink my feet into the sand, listen to the crashing waves, feel the wind and taste the salt in the air. Locally, I go to Drakes Beach in Pt. Reyes, CA but my favorite so far is Pismo and an unknown beach on the Lost Coast. This beach is a small pull off about an hour north of Pismo near Hearst Castle. It was so beautiful, my sister and I had to stop.
